The bubbler is designed to ensure a more safe and pleasurable smoking experience. To use this Gold Fumed Hammer bubbler, you pour in water via the bowl into the bulb. Then you dry out the bowl and fill it with just enough tobacco, whichever is your smoking pleasure. Then you ignite the tobacco with a lit match or lighter. You will need to place a hand over the carb to restrict airflow and to inhale from the mouthpiece to properly light up the tobacco.
