All orders are sent in plain cardboard packaging with only your address label. There is no reference to SmokeWire.com whatsoever.

 

 

Where do we ship from:

 

All Orders are Shipped from our warehouse in California USA.  Delivery times for standard ground shipping is 2-5 days within the USA

 

 

Pricing - shipping fees:

 

The price for shipping of your order is calculated on basis of the weight and/or volume of your order, at the checkout you will see the price of shipping before you will make your order and go to the final checkout pages. You will always know the exact price for shipping before you make your order.



Wrapping of (fragile)products:

 

All orders placed with regular mail and standard delivery methods will arrive well-protected and padded in sealed plain boxes. Our staff is trained to handle all products with the best care possible, especially glassware will be double checked and given extra protection with bubble-wrap before going out for final delivery.


 

Express orders:

 

All Express Products sent by Fed-Ex, are boxed  in padded courier packaging. Again there will be no reference to SmokeWire.com

P.O.Box address

 

FedEx doesn't deliver to P.O.Box addresses. If you submitted a P.O.Box address during checkout your order will be shipped through Smartpost. You still will be able to track your package but delivery might be slover (1-2 days delay) then via FedEx.

 

 

Priority Overnight orders

 

Please submit your contact phone number since every overnight order has to be authorized by our  payment processor. Priority Overnight orders placed on Friday are subject to the possibility of not being received until following Monday due to particular geographic area.
