Purchasing and Placing Orders

Our goods and services can be ordered through any of these methods:

• Post mail: You can also send your orders through mail as long as you fill out the online order form first on our website, then you can send in your payment though mail. (See our payment methods upon check out.)

 

Whenever your order was placed and completed over our website, you will receive an affirmation of your order. This e-mail is automatically sent by our site and does not necessarily mean that we can be able to process you order immediately. It only affirms that you placed an order and provided correct information so we can process it at a given time frame.

All products has a no refund, no exchange policy and cannot be transferred to anyone as every orders placed is treated as an individual transactions.

www.smokewire.com may opt to terminate your orders provided that we have a valid reason to do so without any given notice. A refund of the full amount will be given to you whenever your orders will be canceled.

Our company shall give you up to 7 days of any returns and replacement concerns provided that these concerns are not due to your own action and negligence. The replacement will be according to the product damages or defects and incorrect product delivery.

Should there be any instance that we run out of the merchandise you ordered, it will be removed from your list of order and will instead be replaced with similar merchandise. We will deliver the goods and supplies tactfully and its contents will not be exhibited. There might be a risk from Customs which will interrupt your package depending on the laws at which you are governed. We cannot therefore assist you further on this condition.

Pricing and Payment

Prices provided on this website are considered final. Any faulty price information when you order will be concluded as temporary until the time that we will contact you directly to clear such misinformation. However, if we cannot reach you, all orders will then be canceled and you will be refunded for your payments according to our terms and conditions.

Please note that your creditcard will be billed in Euro currency. Exchange rates vary dayly. This means you may pay slightly more / or less then stated on our site ( depending on the dayly exchange rate). Your orders should be paid in full amount before we will ship them to your delivery information.

Returns

For any unwanted, damaged and faulty product returns should be affirmed by www.smokewire.com though our contact details we provided. Products which are given back to us without any notification will be delivered back to you at your own expenses.

All product returns will be under your liabilities not until they reached our office.

You can still request to return the orders you made as long as it is still on its original packaging, and never been used. You will get your money back for the whole amount of the products except shipping and handling fees which are not refundable.

Faulty products/damaged orders

In an uncertain instance that you received the items damaged or faulty, you can ask for its replacement. We will be the one to pay for the shipping cost for returning the item to us. For other countries, you have to use your national postal service to deliver the items back to us. Please always remember our return policy.

Exchanges

You can also request for an exchange of your orders within 7 days upon receiving the package. All items should be in its original packaging and unused. You may provide us exact information as to what replacements you wish. Your credit card will be charge for the amount we spent to deliver them back to you and also any extra amount that may be billed over to you.
