Orders & Delivery Policy:

Whenever your order was placed and completed through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email that will include details about your purchase. Every order confirmation e-mail gets send automatically by our system and does not necessarily mean that we will be able to process you order immediately. It only confirms that you placed an order and that you submitted correct billing and shipping information so we can process it at a given time frame.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse located in CA USA within 24-48 hours following receipt of cleared funds. Please allow up to 4-6 working days for domestic orders (USA) to arrive up to 8-16 days for International orders. Signature on delivery is not included. Customers are liable for their packages unless they pay extra for "Direct Sign". With "Direct Sign" smokewire will take all responsibility of the package (stolen, returned to shipper, etc.).

There will be no references to smokwire or whatsoever on your bank statement.


Cancelation, Returns and Refunds:

If you cancel your order for any reason prior shipping you will receive full refund without question asked.  In case of delay you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Every customer can request to return his order back as long as it is inside the original package, never been used and not older then 5 days upon receiving the package. The item must be intact (NOT used) and in its original box and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. 

Products which were sent back to us without any prior notification will be delivered back to you at your own expenses. All product returns will be under customers liabilities until they reach our office. Please contact our support department through contact form available at



In an uncertain situations if a customer receives his order/item damaged or faulty he can ask for a replacement. will cover shipping and any additional fees that might appear during replacement process. A customer can also request for an exchange of his order purchased within 5 days upon receiving the package. All purchased items should be inside the original package and unused. Customer must provide exact information as to what replacements he wants. Exchanging of purchased item doesn’t include RE-shipping fees. Invoice of new shipping fees will be emailed to customer and payment for new shipping option must arrive prior we ship out a replacement.



Prices provided on this website are considered final. Any faulty price information when you order will be concluded as temporary until the time that we will contact you directly to clear such misinformation. However, if we cannot reach you, all orders will then be cancelled and you will be refunded for your payments according to our terms and conditions.

You shall be liable for any Import/Duty/Tax according to your country if applicable. You may contact your Customs office for further information.

Your orders should be paid in full amount prior shipping.

We guarantee that all your personal and payment information will not be given to any third party vendors or companies.

Your Credit and Debit card information will be processed with the help of secure online payment system at which may require security verification to authenticate your order.
